• Restored images are made available for download for a limited time period, after which they are automatically deleted
• We do not permanently store your images - both original and restored images are deleted after the download period expires
• We do not use your images to train or improve our AI models
• We do not share your images with third parties except as necessary to provide the service
• We do not use your images for marketing or promotional purposes
• You may only upload images you own or have permission to process. ColorRestore does not alter identities, perform face swaps, or generate synthetic likenesses.

You retain all ownership rights to your original and restored images. By uploading images, you grant ColorRestore a limited, non-exclusive license to temporarily process the images solely for the purpose of providing restoration services.

We may use third-party services to support our operations:

• Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed through a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. This provider handles all payment information and operates under its own privacy policy governing the handling of payment details. We do not store or have access to your full payment information.
• Cloud Storage: We use cloud storage services to temporarily store and process images during restoration
• Analytics: We may use analytics services to understand how our Service is used (these services do not have access to your images)
