Automated Decision-Making: Our Service uses automated AI technology to process and restore images. This automated processing is necessary for the performance of the contract. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you, except as necessary to provide the restoration service you have requested.
Data Storage and Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:

We do not permanently store your images. Images are temporarily stored only to process your restoration requests. Once processing is complete and images are made available for download, they are automatically deleted from our servers after a limited period (typically 30 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law). We may retain certain metadata and usage information for legal, accounting, regulatory, or operational purposes, but your original and restored images are not permanently stored.
Data Breach Notification: In the event of a data breach that may affect your personal information, we will notify you and relevant supervisory authorities as required by applicable law, typically within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach (where required by GDPR) or as otherwise required by applicable data protection laws. We will provide information about the nature of the breach, the categories of data affected, and the measures we are taking to address it.
Security Incident Response: We have implemented procedures to detect, respond to, and mitigate security incidents. In the event of a security incident, we will take immediate steps to contain the incident, assess the impact, and notify affected users and authorities as required by law.
